The Davis Vantage Pro2 station is installed at my home at 6350 SW 120th Street. Ground level elevation is roughly 15'. The anemometer is positioned 28' above ground level; the combination temperature/relative humidity/rain gauge is positioned 10' above ground level. Although these sitings are not ideal US meteorological standards, they were selected to provide the most reliable data given the urban, residential location.
In addition to this website's update every five minutes, the weather data is uplinked every ten minutes to both the Citizen's Weather Observation Program (Station CW5385) and The WeatherUnderground (Station KFLMIAMI43). Hyperlinks to the data on these networks are:
